Lorain man added to Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force Most Wanted List

The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force recently released an updated list of the most wanted fugitives in the region. To see more information about each fugitive in the “Dangerous Dozen,” visit the task force’s website.
According to a press release from the task force, this list was created in May 2010. Since then, 106 fugitives have been featured. The task force has closed or apprehended the fugitives in 95 of those cases.
Marquis Walker has been on the run for more than several months. Officials are looking for this Toledo fugitive for the homicide of his girlfriend, Walker showed up to his ex-girlfriend Jones’ home at the Tamaron Apartments, shot her multiple times and took off.Now police are offering a $1,000 reward for information that leads them to Walker. Lorain native Arzell Nash is wanted for felonious assault with a firearm. The incident happened earlier in November outside a bar parking lot. Arzell Nash, 28, of the 1700 block of E. 21st St., Lorain, is accused of shooting two men in the parking lot of Our Club Bar in Lorain on Nov. 17.Nash is a black male about 5-foot-11 and weighing 200 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair, but usually shaves his head, according to a release from the U.S. Marshals. Joseph Salvano is a Cleveland area fugitive, who police say was part of a large-scale DEA investigation. He is wanted on federal charges of possession with intent to distribute narcotics. Salvano has been on the run since 2010. Salvano has a criminal history with violent charges, according to U.S. Marshal Peter J. Elliot.Joseph “Bucky” Salvano, 62, is wanted on charges of conspiracy to possess and distribute 1,000 kilos of marijuana and is believed to have fled the state, possibly to Albuquerque, N.M., or Tucson, Ariz.In March of 2010 an operation was conducted to apprehend all the members of this conspiracy, according to Marshals. Salvano fled the state prior to the operation start date and is the last remaining defendant that has not been arrested. Salvano’s criminal history spans the previous 45 years and he has numerous convictions for narcotics. Salvano’s drug activity has been documented across the country with arrests in numerous states.Salvano is 5-foot-9 and 160 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes, according to Marshals. He has family on the west side of Cleveland and previously lived at 4210 Bridge Ave. in Cleveland.Reward money is available for information leading to Salvano’s arrest. Allen was being sought on warrants charging him with two counts of aggravated robbery and one count of felonious assault.Capt. Dave Davis, who heads the Canton Police Department’s Detective Bureau, said in June that the first incident involving Allen occurred during a home invasion in the 2800 block of Fourth Street NE around 10:40 p.m. June 14. Two men entered the home through an unlocked door, robbed two victims at gunpoint, pistol-whipped one of them and then shot the other.The second took place in the 1400 block of Ridge Road NW on June 23 when they approached two people walking in the area. The gunmen robbed the woman of her purse and the man of his wallet, Davis said.
